I don't know if quality always beats quantity though it obviously should. I think on platforms like Medium, the more you publish the better you do. Thats obviously not all there is to it of course and you can't right complete slop and do well. And there's marketing and self promotion to think about. But taking that into consideration overall quantity has more weight than I think it should
