I never thought about this before. Having to go through finding out you have cancer then the surgery which must have been truly awful and painful. But to then feel like your a fraud because you didn’t have to go through even more treatment with short and long term side effects — I can’t even imagine. I am glad you are now healthy and hope you have reached a place where you have lost this sense of not being a “real” cancer or stroke survivor. You have to be a very strong person to get through both of these things when they occurred so close together and to come through it with a positive sense of living life. Best wishes for continued health and happiness.
