I think these are all interrelated. When you have unrealistically high expectations of yourself and believe it's crucial to meet not only your own expectations but other's expectations and that becomes normal, you may just naturally expect others are the same way. Because of this it doesn't occur to you that you are holding others also to unrealistic expectations. This can lead to problems with others socially or at work, as you get short tempered with others who you think aren't doing what they should and assume they are being lazy or irresponsible.
