I think this sums up something that is paramount to all of us. The skills that you mention here are germane to every business venture not just technologists. These are skills we all need to consciously work to develop even if we don’t routinely work on teams or work in an atmosphere with other employees. These are skills that will come up no matter what we do for a living and it’s better to develop them and not need them all the time than to not develop them and not realize this until something has gone sideways because of the lack of them. An excellent article!
