I’m in! Though I’m no good with the technical stuff, management, ideas, recruitment, promotion editing type stuff and the general creative side of things I’d love to help out on! I think this is a fabulous idea though it would take some research as to why so many other attempts at this have failed (I imagine largely because it’s so hard to get an audience for creative writing in general).
