Newsbreak Update: Show Me the Money.

Many writers have been wondering if Newsbreak is legit, with there being a number of wrinkles that still seem to need ironing out. Some people are getting thousands of views and followers a day, while others are getting none, old content switched over there that did poorly on other platforms is doing well there and new content that should be doing well barely makes it out of the starting gate.

Now i seems there may be a major problem with the site. Every contract signed said that payment was guaranteed no later than the 15th. Everyone in both FB groups that weighed in, no matter what country they live in, have said that the amount was listed in bank accounts on 12/11 as processing. We figured since that was a Friday it wouldn’t go into our accounts until Monday the 14th. But by end of day Monday, nothing. Then we thought the contracts said the 15th so it would be then. But by end of day Tuesday nothing. Now it’s Wed.

Many of us have emailed, but have received no reply. I was chatting with a member of the NB staff about other things last night and she was as nice as could be, quickly answering back every thing I asked. She asked if there was anything else she could help me with and I mentioned the payments. It’s been dead air since then.
