Thank you for sharing your experiences. I have two friends who have siblings with autism. One is around 53 right now so when he was a child his parents also didn’t have the internet. They couldn’t find a school they felt was adequate for his needs and after speaking with many educators started a school for him and others like him. When there aren’t any others to talk to about children with special needs who have experience, having to learn everything on your own can be very difficult.
