Thanks for the feedback. While I used to attend a writing group 5 days a week, since the pandemic it's all online and completely new people. I haven't found another writer's group in Chicago that meets in person other than critique groups that aren't taking new members. I've joined a poetry group that meets on Sundays through the summer months and will attend for the first time this Sunday. I'll see how that goes. They meet on the beach so it can't be bad! :)
