Wow. I’ve always been bad with names and faces, often having just a vague idea of having met the person at some point but having no real idea who they were. I did have one case of this which was bad, leading me to call security on someone I had known for years and worked closely with. But otherwise nothing this extreme. Do they have an explanation for it?
